Füss & Friends: Daily Wellness Tinctures

Keep your pets calm and healthy this summer

Summer is the time for road trips, 4th of July celebrations, vacations and changes in our normal routines AKA high anxiety time for our four legged friends.

If you have a dog or cat that hates all the booms and bangs of fireworks, the motion of car or boat, loud music and crowds then our daily wellness tinctures could help you all enjoy your summer.  Did you know the busiest day for shelters taking in runaway dogs is July 5th?  For our pets, loud noises from family get-togethers or firework displays are sudden and occur out of nowhere.

Our 20:1 CBD:THC Omega 3 rich cannabis tinctures are formulated to keep your pets calm and healthy this summer by managing sensitivity to noise while helping support their immune system during this peak allergy season.

To ensure you’re ready for whatever the summer has in store for you and your pets, we recommend incorporating the Füss and Friends Daily Wellness Tincture immediately, 2 times per day with their meals. Since we suggest starting at a beginning dose for the first week to ten days before increasing to the veteran dose, you would want to get that started in advance of your road trip, celebration, boarding and vacations.

Here are a few other tips for keeping your pets calm and healthy this summer:

  1. Keep your pets in a secured, safe and familiar (if possible) environment. They appreciate a tight safe place where the noise is dampened.
  2. Make sure their microchips and ID tags are up to date.
  3. Stock up on our Daily Wellness Tincture or other CBD products and start incorporating them at least a week before any planned holiday or event.  Easing them into a routine with comforting products like our daily wellness tincture will work better than trying to introduce the first dose the day of.
  4. If you use CBD or our daily wellness tinctures already, you may want to increase the dose slightly, a few days leading up to the event and on the day.
  5. Help your pet be too tired and happy to care about these new routines or loud noises. A tired dog is a happy dog so make sure to exercise your pup early in the day and provide fun chews or puzzle toys to keep them busy. For cats a new scratch pad and their favorite catnip toy will do the trick.

On Independence day and other times with fireworks, make sure you give the daily wellness tincture dose in the morning with food (before 12 noon) and continue with the second dose between 6:30pm-7:30pm to ensure your cat or dog is fully prepared for whatever happens during the afternoon and evening.  A sleeping calm animal is much better than an overactive stressed animal.

And remember ALWAYS purchase your CBD products from a licensed cannabis dispensary to guarantee you are getting Cannabis derived CBD that has been potency and pesticide tested!

Have a safe and happy summer!
